The Importance of Genetic Diversity in Chestnuts
The more diversity we can cultivate the better. The main trees I'm growing are these hybrid chestnuts. They really come from the work of this guy Arthur Graves. He planted like 20,000 trees about. And he planted them out in these forests that he created. It's probably some of the best genetics you can get for my area,. We have a lot of blight around here.
