What I Love to Do in Numbers
The most exciting thing about this business area, besides the ability to become an entripeneur right now, is how inexpensive these high quality small businesses are at four to five times ebita. The purchase price is eight million dollars. Typically you would see about forty to 50 % of that being paid for by a conventional senior bank loan which would be repaid from the company over, say, seven years. That is the typical deal we see in a fundad search.
