The Challenges of Transformation

In your book, spinning threads of radical liveness, you writeote transformation requires us to actively seek to liberate ourselves from the thinking that surrounds us. So i'm curious if you could talk a little bit more about the challenges of the ongoing work of embodying transformation. For many years, i was doing it beyond my own capacity, and i fried myself a bit. I will pause and say, i'm done. I can't do this any more. But fundamentally, as i gain capacity, i want to take more and more responsibility for the whole, not just for me.
