What Are Your Key Metrics?

H heap has learned that simple doesn't have to mean less powerful. What are your key metrics? They'll be able to dately call them up, and anyone who looks at these can understand what they mean. So all of these metrics, if i gave that to you as a p m, or even an engineer on the team, they should be able to look at that metric and immediately start to generate ideas for what we could do to move that.
