Molly: I think it's wonderful that you're adding your voice to that as well Caroline. Molly: If people can only take away a couple things from this whole discussion well first off that if you want to be clinician educator you are so wonderful for wanting to do that and there is a path for progression and advancement within that the career field. Get peers getting mentors whether at your institution or your cold emailing someone that you have in that before but that you admire, she says. Getting support is probably really really important and helpful and then knowing that your path might change was also a good thing. She goes back every year as one of the faculty to try to help and
