How to Market Your Product Before It's Ready

I believe very much in sharing the process as you're building something up. There's a story that I'll tell it was one of Allison's girlfriends, naturopathic doctor, really, really smart, well educated. And she had this secret project. She'd been working on it for a year and couldn't tell anybody because she didn't want somebody to steal her idea. But then like God, years later, she comes out with a textbook on something. Nobody's going to steal your idea. Your idea isn't that good. You would be hard pressed to find somebody probably who's better served to help you figure out how to build and market and sell this thing.
