The better you have a technique, the faster you will swim. O one swim a week is barely adequate. Two swims is just enough. Three swims will acually help you help your fitness incredibly. And i do advise people to add an extra extra swim if you've got time. If you can't swim under one 30, you shouldn't be doing any intervals.
