The Importance of Social Proof in Marketing

Psychology, behavioral science is the study of how people behave rather than how they claim to behave. The psychologists that did the original experiments are interested in people in general. We are definitely prone to these biases and insights in all those different circumstances. It's quite interesting because there's probably a bias we have as marketers as much as there is a bias that the consumer faces.
