Is Japan in a Recession?

Japanese think there's may be about eight million of those in Japan, and they're projected to grow to at least 20 million. Those aged 14 or younger now make up just 11 point eight % of the population. The lower the proportion of young people there are, the fewer people there are tho actually have children. And then a public transport issue that we really need to deal with pretty soon.
