I think what you're saying is that you've got to understand your personality, first, risk profile, interest, time available. And then you look at that particular one. We were kind of picking on mobile home parks, but say, if I did it myself, this is what I'd have to do. Or even if you, I mean, theoretically, you can make a passive mobile home park by buying a fund or something else. But you then have to screen the manager of the park or the operator of that fund that you're buying into.
