In January of this year, companies were competing ferociously for talent. My big question is I wonder whether this talent will get more spread out. The other part that strikes me is evidence in these very large tech firms is that productivity is highly concentrated amongst relatively few people. We're running a little experiment where we ask ourselves, how many employees does Google really need?
