How to Improve Your Inspection Process
An inspector is trained and their job is different than that of a general contractor who is looking at it through the lens of what needs to be done. I don't think it would be a better inspection. It's a different vantage point. Sure, but I do like to do that type of post-mortem because especially if she's going to buy a more real estate in the future, I just think, okay, what can I improve about my process?
