Eric Trexler: I'm not convinced that you shouldn't consume anything within two hours of bed. The biggest issue for me was the massive drop in sleep quality and sleep quantity. Light exposure early in the morning, along with a little bit of physical activity going out for a walk in the morning when the sun's rising.
