How to Do Format Renames on a Mac

Am, and i can't remember how i came across this. I think it was somebody on twitter alerted me to it. But whow? Is it great? Am, and i've used this so many times just because it works really well. It's got custom for mat a. You don't need to down load special applications. For it or any of that, you just have to use finder. And finder is great, because everybody has to have it installed on their mac. Ah, so i give it ten out of ten for that.
