The Yameyun: A Community Gathering to Study the Bible
The community does gather yearly at the Bible study seminar, what a friend of mine liked to call Bible camp. The Yameyun takes place every summer in Alon Shrut, which is about 15 miles south of Jerusalem. In the past, we had 10,000 people attending; now they're doing more on Zoom. I usually take me from about five to six 30 every day to just decompress, because my head is whirling from everything.
