How reliable is the data that we get from our apple watches and fit bits? You know, now the one i have on my wrist right now can claim to measure my blood oxygen level. And there was a lot of this during the pendemic. Do we know? Do we know how accurate it is? That question assumes that we could make a blanket statement about all these things. But really, there's nothing magical about ten thousand steps. The healthiest number of steps may be seven to eight thousand a day.
