The Role of External Rotation in Elbow Health
If a shoulder is internally rotated, that immediately means your in internal rotation. If you're too tight in your pecs and too tight to the shoulder, it's hard to achieve that position. The palms are facing out because that position is actually a weight count. You want to have your hand externally rotated. This is the natural resting position of your skeleton.
