The State as a Stater

The writer argues that expressance is intolerable. The state as such, however, and this is maybe what separates him from some anarchists cannot be easily attacked or destroyed. So even if the route of political change is always bordered by the state, it cannot in any way let itself be guided by the state for the state is precisely non-political. And so far is that cannot change safe hands; there's little strategic significance in such a change.
