Golf is a game of initiating contact so you have time to think about all these things and I believe if you can shift your attention elsewhere away from the golf swing you could free your body up to do what it knows how to do. There's an inner athlete in all of us and there's that golfer on the range that everyone knows exists you're hitting great shots on the range and all of a sudden you're shanking them on the coursewhat happened there's some disconnect there he believes one of the reasons for that disconnect is the obsession of the swing, thinking about what your body is doing before and during the golf swing.
