How to Create a New Ground Up Startup

I joined McKinsey in April 2000. Perfect timing, right? Because that was as the market was crashing in that era. We spent a lot of time doing that, learning that number one, there is value in putting on a suit and being able to credibly talk about strategy. It became a great lesson for how to think critically and strategically. And I worked with a guy named Shai Agassi who is one of these great intellectual brainsWho really is an entrepreneur's entrepreneur. He sort of revitalized my desire while he was at SAP to go back and do something that I could do back to now saying taking consulting into entrepreneurial startups.
