I'm a huge fan of propoman and fiber because it binds to all the micro toxin strains. Fiber in general cleans your gut. I also would say chlorella and spirulina. By the way, none of this is for pregnant, pregnant or nursing. If you're pregnant or nursing, this is not for you. Just for the record, count yourself out until you're done and your body is your own. So these are some really great principles for people to get started with when they're changing things over.
