Routine and lifestyle are equally as important, he says. Write down the things that you have to get done on a daily basis. If you're not consistent with your trading yet, you can't rely on it for an income. You've got to make sure that you're there for your family - like me, I've been changing nappies for 13 years. It's about being sustainably profitable but also finding mentors who will teach you how to do so.
