In verse 20, another incredible metaphor for the apostasy. A bed is shorter than that, a man can stretch himself on it,. The covering narrower than that, he can wrap himself in it. Now does that strike some thoughts in you? Does it ring true? I remember talking to a group of students years ago, and there was a young girl who had just joined the church byk an organ. And i asked her about that verse, what did it feel like to join the church using isaiah's words as food for thought? She said she wondered if there was anyone out there that wanted to live the way i wanted to live. We know god can be counted on.
