The Diversity of the Gut Microbium

We often thought of food as being for our human cells, riht that we're eating. But a lot of the diversity that we're talking about is actually not just for ourhuman cells. And i also want to be a little bit disruptive in saying that my take on probiotics has changed a little bit as a result of this diversity message and all the things that i'm seeing in the science. I would say that it'srea creating that flux and the constant interplay of having plant base compounds from the diet that are diverse, interacting and creating a divers gut microbiome.
