The Importance of Listening to Your Customers

The key is always being the focus. I ask if you give them a great choice with great price price and you're efficient. You leave on time. You don't lose your bags, which we're now free. But that said, and don't you always have to keep an eye on what's coming next while expectations are happening? We want to move away from doing something to a patient, to doing something with the patient. So that's where we're at and that's what we're continuously trying to do and strive for.
