Donald Trump's Attempt to Overturn the 2020 Election Results
If Donald Trump were to become president next November, given that this is a state case, not a federal one, what could happen there? I mean, can he just magic it away? What goes on in the event that he's elected president? It's much more difficult to magic this one away, because firstly, he can't pardon himself if he's the president when these estate charges are against him. But of course, it's quite unlikely that he will have been sentenced in all of these cases by the 5th of November next year. They're all facing at least, if they're found guilty, at least five years in prison.
