Is 60 Grams a Good Thing?

I think in the last few years, things are really shifted in terms of what we look at as like adequate nutrition for things like stage races and long distance traf on. And it used to be like, 60 grams is pretty good but now you say, 60grams is nothing. So fuel up during the bike ride, and then on the run, see what you can handle. Maybe 60, maybe 70 grams. There are some companies who, or one company, who design this kind of jelly thing, a for running. So maybe this woks.
