The Mistakes of the Court in the Miffa-Pristone Case
The Miffa-Pristone case is a good example to me. Like I am very happy that the court stayed Casmaric's preposterous ruling, but think of how much better it would have been if the court had taken the time to write two pages about why it was clear they were gonna succeed on plaintiff's lack of stand-in. The notion that the court today is just like, we can't be bothered by that...I think is a big part of how we got to where we are.
