Ketamine is given IV as an intravenous infusion over 40 minutes. Intranasal eskeamine is just nasal spray and it has a fixed dosage. We start with 56 milligram and if patients do not respond to it, then we go to 84 milligrams. The other difference between the intravenous and the intranasal form of ketamine and eske amine is the birellability.
