Getting a diagnosis and then identifying as an autistic person or an ADHD or dyslexic. That's just kind of another layer to the onion that is you with many different layers, many different intersecting identities. So even though this one identity is changing, you'll still have others that you can kind of hold on to while you're going through that transition stage.
