To fart is when gas comes out of your bottom. And you make a kind of noise, and that wasn't actually me farting. That was just me demonstrating it by using my hands. It's very childish, isn't it? Actually, when I was a little child, I really used to enjoy doing that. The other one was I've got indigestion. Indigestion means that it's very difficult to digest food. Your stomach hurts because you're not digesting food very well. So if you lose your appetite, it means you don't feel hungry or you just don't want to eat anything. You can say, oh, my joints ache.
