What Does Respect Mean?

What respect actually means on a granular level when you're two people are interacting, I think is something that not a lot of people don't talk about. A good rule of thumb is would my partner be okay that I was doing this? That's not to say you need to be living under the thumb of a partner who doesn't want you to do any of these things. These are perfectly natural things to do. But if it's something that's going to be a deal breaker for your partner, that's when you have to look at it.
