Google's Approach to Address Verification
This is actually within Google's systems. Somebody was able to suggest a change or portray themselves as one of these airlines and get Google to change it, change the phone numbers. So this might be something that Google may need to investigate on the back end. And I find it interesting that maybe there's something more simple in terms of exploitation. Maybe it's not an insider threat, could be.
