I Opt Out of the Teamsters Union, but It's Speech
I suspect if we tried right now to find a human being that was in the John Birch Society and in the Teamsters union, we'd come up at it. I do have a lot of trouble where union members are compelled to do something they don't want. In the end, this is properly a property rights case. You're taking my money. It's properly that. Of course, nobody ever tries a case in that way. Okay, if it's not property rights, it's free association. I opt out of the union, but it's speech. One, everything is speech. I guess this is speech too.
