The Perception of Safety

I built up a motivational climate by supporting the individual and gave a safe space, even though the space technically isn't safe because it's public. But again, that's your perception of what safe is. And hopefully you felt safe enough in the environment just to explore. So I enjoyed the conversation. Done about you? Don't remember half of it.
