Can You Sustain a Radical Change?

The world of work changes so often nowadays that you can take, you can enter into a career and it can be satisfying when you do enter it 10 years later. I think one of the things that I have such compassion for is that that moment is frightening. It's about those Maslow's hierarchy of knees. Work and paying for your ability to kind of sustain security in a home. And so we're talking about all those really even practical things about life that are important to figure out how do we make this change in a way that is sustainable?
