The Importance of Putting Pressure on Yourself

Don't put too much pressure on yourself. Don't be afraid to change gyms because the gym you're at it's not working for you and then reset back to the start. You could train for four years and still not be very good but that means there is a universe of improvement for you that doesn't get old or stale. We say this with no sense of malice or like but small small mockery but it's one of those things that guys if you've hit blue belt stay in jiu-jitsu it's worth it.
