The spack deal is supposed to be with a re invent technology partners, y spack. The venture firm that is read hoffman, michael thompson and a mark pincas has now created three spacks. Two have already formed deals. One was with a home insurance a start up hippo. And the other one was with joby aviation. A third one has a sold, you know, it's listed, but it just hasn't publicly merged with any one yet. There are multiple examples of this happening.
