The spack deal is supposed to be with a re invent technology partners, y spack. The venture firm that is read hoffman, michael thompson and a mark pincas has now created three spacks. Two have already formed deals. One was with a home insurance a start up hippo. And the other one was with joby aviation. A third one has a sold, you know, it's listed, but it just hasn't publicly merged with any one yet. There are multiple examples of this happening. Its happening, actually, ah, more often than, you know, in previous times.
