CNN's John Sutter talks with former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder about asset forfeiture laws and the way they are used today. Holder: The vast majority of time that the federal government uses the forfeiture laws, it involves cases that everyone would appreciate to be of significant importance. He says there is controversy in a very small minority of those cases where local police make a seizure based on probable cause but can't prove connection between property and crime.
