I think one way to interpret the results of that study is you could say surgery in the setting of metastatic disease does not decrease people's quality of life. So it actually makes me feel more comfortable with the idea of operating and not causing harm. For me, the reason to consider doing the central node biopsy would be if we believe that what was done in E2108 led to decreased local regional progression.
