The FDA Is Raising the Price of Tind Tobacco
There's legislation that's been on the books for some time, but they're going to start enforcing it soon called the deeming legislation. Everything that gets hit with it will have roughly a 100% price increase on every single thing that you want to buy that has these sorts of tobaccos in it. You can bet that this is going to lead to trouble. The way that the FDA separated out a racial group for the first round of punitive taxation,. I think we're going to see just how ugly this can be moving forward.
