Introduction

Grand designs is one of my favorite shows and I think a lot can be learned from binge watching episodes of that. It's such a marvelous insight into the mindset of people. The audacity of it and the passion of what these people are trying to create, I really respect and admire that. But sometimes the construction industry worker side of me looks at what they have planned and their budget estimates and just cannot stop laughing.
