How to Get Better Gains With Strength and Power

During a strength phase, I would have two days that are dedicated to pure strength and power. And then one day of maybe power endurance and one day of aerobic climbing. Then as I transition kind of into more of the like power endurance, I do two days of power endurance, one day of strength and oneday of aerobic. Okay. So you would climb four days a week. You'd have two days of, you mean like bench pressing, stuff like that. Yeah. But on antagonistic days, I'm probably doing stretching yoga, it might be a weightlifting day. That really helps with kind of the hormone release and the growth hormone and to help really get better gains with that
