The Syntactically Comic Ending
Wetstone divides the two sections into a tragic movement and then a comic movement. It's interesting to think whether you feel Shakespeare had succeeded in bringing these two parts together or whether the join shows. Perhaps there's a sense of strain in this play, a sense that the characters are not all fully signed up to the same genre. The syntactically comic ending can only be achieved with some visible strain, both within and through the play.
