I think early on it's who you know and like who you can collaborate with. And then you have to kind of build that momentum, right? Because you're not going to get hired early on unless you know people. The first few jobs are really going to be through connections or through favors. I've never done toy commercials. When I was first starting out, I thought boy, it would be so fun.
