Silent Hill Games - Is Konami Making Silent Hills Games?

I don't really like spooky games as people know. It's very interesting that Konami isn't apparently isn't making any of these in-house. I mean, it'd be hilarious if they just shopped out Metal Gear to go to Jima production. Or Castlevania too, right? Like, you know, the Kojima one's probably outside of the realm of possibly Castlevania could come back.
