The S and Y Yard - A Sensitive Needs Yard
The gang was not ok with sam looking the way she did, so she had to cut her hair and stop dressing like a woman yet. Eventually she decided that she did won to do what it would take to be in that gang any more. An s and y is a section of prison where people have left gangs or maybe are in for what we would call sensitive crimes. It allowed Sam to live as herself and pick up a new hobby: soft ball.
