Is There a Competitive Advantage?
There are six levels that I look at for digital strategy and for competition. And then on the left of this slide, there's all these new technologies I've put in red. How do these new technologies, which keep working, so which keep emerging, new business models, new tools, new tech, how do they impact each of those levels? That's sort of my process. It really gives me some often some real visibility into what's going to happen here and what isn't. Not always, but I find it pretty, I find it works most of the time.
