How Can I Be Better Than Word to Mouth?

The vast majority of transactions are still sourced by you texting your neighbour or knocking on somebody's door, o r asking a friend. 90, 95 plus % of the g m v is transacted through social networks, not through a sort of market place like ours. I can be broader. I can give you more selection. Your neighbors have hired zero or one plumbers in the last few years, and the odds that they're right for you is very, very low. But you go to them because of trust. So can i accomplish the same level of trust and confidence that this person is going to do a good job, while giving you dramatically more selection? That's my biggest motivation.
