Somatic i f s is a book that was actually just released recently, and that's an attempt to expand it in to another layer of depth. The way that i think of it is almost like your, oh, k, i'll try an image with you, and you can tell me if this is, if this fits. So it's like you have a piece of frozen experience that's a part, and you're with it in a loving, accepting way, and it kind of melts into the river of felt sense experience.

Steve March is the creator of an integrated ecology of practice and founder of Aletheia Coaching.
